These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Hojjati CPA, APC (“Hojjati CPA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, online inquiry and referral forms, scheduling tools, and related communications. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Website Information and Professional Advice
Our website, articles, newsletters, and other educational materials provide general information about tax, accounting, and financial topics. They are not individualized tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. Laws and circumstances change, and information may not reflect developments after its publication date. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about your particular circumstances before acting on this information.
Examples, testimonials, and descriptions of potential tax strategies do not guarantee a particular result, tax savings, or outcome. Results depend on individual facts, applicable law, documentation, and implementation.
2. Consultations and Client Engagements
Submitting a form, receiving a referral, booking a discovery call, or exchanging preliminary communications does not by itself establish a CPA-client relationship or obligate either party to enter an engagement. A discovery consultation helps us understand your needs and determine whether and how we can assist.
Professional services begin only after we mutually agree to an engagement. The applicable engagement agreement establishes the scope of services, fees, responsibilities, deadlines, and other service terms. If these website terms conflict with an engagement agreement regarding professional services, that agreement controls. Nothing in these terms limits legal or professional duties that cannot lawfully be limited.
Booking an appointment does not mean that we have accepted responsibility for filing a return, making a payment, obtaining an extension, or meeting another deadline. Tell us about any time-sensitive issue and obtain express confirmation that the relevant work is included in an accepted engagement.
3. Forms, Referrals, and Appointment Scheduling
Please provide accurate contact and business information and update us if it changes. If you provide another person’s name or business as a referral, share only the information necessary to identify the introduction and that you have permission to provide. A referral does not authorize us to enroll that person in marketing communications.
Appointment availability is subject to the scheduling calendar and confirmation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the instructions in your confirmation or contact our team. These website terms do not impose a cancellation fee; any applicable service fee must be separately disclosed and agreed.
General website forms and ordinary email are not intended for Social Security numbers, complete tax returns, banking credentials, payment-card details, or confidential documents. Ask our team how to send sensitive information through an appropriate secure channel.
4. Email Communications
We may send emails related to your inquiry, appointment, or requested services. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send educational articles, tax updates, newsletters, and information about our services, including when we are not a suitable fit for your needs at the time of your inquiry.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting us. Requested scheduling and service-related communications may continue as appropriate. Email subscriptions and text-message subscriptions are managed separately.
5. Text-Message Program
Program and message types. Hojjati CPA, APC may send text messages to people who opt in, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-up communications. If you separately consent to marketing texts, messages may also include educational updates and information about our services. The messages you receive will depend on the consent you provide.
Your consent. Text-message consent is optional. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing your telephone number, booking an appointment, or agreeing to these website terms does not by itself constitute consent to marketing texts. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. Please notify us if you change or relinquish that number.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your appointments, interactions, and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to a message from us to unsubscribe from that text-message program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To subscribe again, complete the applicable opt-in process. You may also contact us to request assistance with your messaging preferences.

Delivery. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text-message delivery to meet tax, payment, filing, or other time-sensitive deadlines.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and messaging consent. Mobile information is not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process the information needed to operate and deliver the program.
6. Acceptable Website Use
You may use the website for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to provide, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use our forms to send spam or unlawful content. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

Website text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Hojjati CPA or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
